1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Teen Patti Gain, including the mobile application, website, game servers, customer support, virtual items, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the Service and uninstall the application.

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend, restrict, reset, or terminate accounts and virtual items where reasonably necessary to protect players and the Service.

6. Purchases and Payments

If the Service offers purchases, transactions may be processed through the applicable app store or payment provider. Their terms, billing rules, refund policies, and payment security practices may also apply.

Unless required by applicable law or an applicable store policy, purchases of virtual items are not refundable after delivery or consumption.

7. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The Service may display advertising or use third-party services such as analytics, crash reporting, authentication, cloud infrastructure, payment processing, or customer support.

Third-party providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their independent policies or availability.

8. User Content and Communications

If the Service allows chat, profiles, usernames, images, or other user-generated content, you must not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, misleading, or harmful material.

You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and process user content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the Service.

12. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where you breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, engage in fraud or cheating, or where continued operation of an account is not reasonably possible.

After termination, provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions, will remain effective.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are subject to the laws applicable to the operator and the user's jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws provide otherwise. Any dispute should first be submitted to customer support for good-faith resolution where appropriate.
